At Yosemite Falls steep rocks tower up more than seven hundred metres and it is the park's highest and most impressive waterfall. The surrounding forests are also attractive but the most famous sight of the region are the nine waterfalls of Yosemite Valley. The Canyon De Chelly is a land full of myth and legend and also a national monument of Native Indian culture in the midst of today's Navajo Indian reservation.
